Spacious apartment with beautiful furnishings, friendly and helpful staff, central location, comfortable beds, charming canal view, Venice atmosphere.

Cet hôtel est très pratique pour les voyages en avion car il est près de l'aéroport. De plus, les navettes sont régulières et facilite le transfert. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues, avec des lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, offrant une bonne sélection d'aliments. Les serviettes de toilettes et le gel douche sont également fournis, ce qui est très pratique.

La connexion wifi est très mauvaise, ce qui est frustrant pour les voyageurs qui veulent rester connectés.

I stayed at a residence building where locals live and it made me feel like a Venetian. The apartment was very clean, with historical furnishings and a kitchenette in the living room. The bedroom had beautiful wooden furniture and both rooms had windows facing a small side canal. The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center and I could reach everything within a short walk. The view of the canal was great, with gondolas passing by. The staff, especially Davide, was fantastic as they provided excellent service and even helped me with my luggage. The hotel also had a coffee machine with extra pods that was a welcome relief upon my arrival.

I had a wonderful stay at San Luca Flats. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in Venice. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day. I highly recommend San Luca Flats for a fantastic stay in Venice.

Staying by the charming canals was truly an authentic Venetian experience. We loved the convenience of being able to easily explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants. Our room had a great view of an inner canal which really added to the charm. the service was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was really clean and had a nice historic style. it was located in a residence building among local people, which gave us the opportunity to feel like Venetian citizens. the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and we had a great view of a small canal from the windows.

The hotel's location by the canal provides a great view, capturing the true essence of Venice. The rooms, with their old wooden furniture and ample storage space, offer a sense of privacy and comfort like your own apartment. The breakfast provided was satisfying, adding to the overall value for money.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the central location by the canal with a great view. Secondly, the staff were absolutely amazing - they were attentive and went above and beyond to assist us with our heavy suitcases. Lastly, the rooms were like having our own private apartment, complete with nice old wooden furniture. this hotel provided a comfortable stay with all the basic amenities and a delicious breakfast.

This accommodation was excellently situated near the main attractions and restaurants. The view from our room was outstanding, as we watched gondolas passing by on the canal right outside our window. the staff was extremely friendly and helped us with our suitcases.

The accommodation was not well equipped, with unreliable WiFi and malfunctioning kettle. the property was not adequately cleaned and appeared to have been left unattended for some time.
